I would put the love in my heart for you and our country on the line here to tell you the right time to freak the fuck out is now. We should always freak out when/if our democracy, freedom, and innocent American lives are at stake. Now, it would be that time. We should be freaking the fuck out! But it matters what you do in or during your freak out time. Don’t let your freak out go to waste! Use it wisely. It can be the best motivator, especially when the lives of your neighbors and communities are on the line. Remember to base all of your freak outs in love. Love for yourself, love for your community, love for democracy, and love for our country.
I’ll start by saying -You, me and they/thems deserve love, freedom, and equality. We always have been the target of their venomous hate, and we know it. I’ve felt it and so have you. We are going through some hard things as individual citizens, as a queer community and as a country, but this shit is not new to us(a). Don’t lose your sobriety or take your own lives over this because we are going to need you present and front and center to be part of the queer army that has to show up! We may have to be the Armys of Me across our great nation that change the direction of American herstory; (That is a Christina Aguilera reference and yaas, keeping it as gay as fuck until the very ‘ery end.)
You can do hard things. In fact, we’ve been doing hard things our whole fucking lives (and I’m not even making a naughty reference). Again, the immense loud hate we hear is nothing new, it’s the same hate you already knew, experienced and grew up with.
It’s the same evil bigotry that oppressed You, me, and they/thems all along and has for centuries because we have been here since the beginning of time, and we are not going anywhere. It’s the evil that enslaved black people and slaughtered the Native Americans. The same evil spirit that starved and forced the few survivors to walk the Trail of Tears. Are we going to let that happen again? Are we going to do something before we are forced to walk our own Trail of Tears?
Did you know the war on them has never stopped? Thousands of Native American women still go missing and/or are murdered each year!!!! Nothing has stopped or changed, except for the overwhelming number of Americans that now stand with oppressed people like the Native Americans, like You, me and they/them.
Looksie, I fear our minority communities will not exist in the future unless we freak the fuck out right now and stop them. Again, what we do with our freak out matters! Make your freak out matter. MAKE YOUR FREAK OUT MATTER!
Freak out enough to get motivated to buy some nonperishable food items and a generator if you can afford one. Don’t forget some self defense items… maybe a knife, bat, or gun and don’t forget the bullets – it’s not a paperweight. Make your freak out matter and stop the spread of evil while we have the chance and if you are prepared – YOU CAN slow them down or stop them dead in their tracks. It reduces their overall numbers. We understand the Bible says this evil spirit has to come out every thousand years or so. It came, we saw, let us conquer with Your help. If possible, conquer them before so many lives are lost. My community deserves peace the most.
